On September 25th, Deputy Payton arrested Samuel James Smoot of Kellyton, AL for Failure to Appear in Court X 2. He was booked into the Coosa County Jail with a $1500 cash payout.
.On October 1st, Deputy Scott arrested Shannon Lysandra Woods of Rockford, AL for Failure to Appear in Court and Harassing Communications. She was booked into the Coosa County Jail with no bond.

On September 25th, Deputies were dispatched to Peoples Lane after receiving a report of a man with a gun. The subject left the scene prior to deputies arrival A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

On October 1st, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 53 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. No report was needed or wanted.

On September 29th, Deputies were dispatched to Quail Trail after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. Negative contact was made and no report was wanted.
HANOVER
On September 26th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 49 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Subject was ok and no report was needed.
On September 30th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving a report of a reckless driver. Negative contact was made; no report needed.
KELLYTON
On September 25th, Deputies were dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a suspicious person. Subject was arrested and transported to the Coosa County Jail without incident or injury.
On September 28th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 65 after receiving a report of a vehicle accident. Negative contact was made with the accident.
On September 29th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving a report of debris in the roadway. Debris was cleared with no incident.
On October 1st, Deputies and Kellyton EMS were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving a report of a vehicle accident. 2 subjects were transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to ALEA.
RICHVILLE
On September 25th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 6 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with vehicle and no report was needed.
On September 26th, Deputies were dispatched to Danny Holman Road after receiving a report of Harassment. Subjects left scene prior to the deputies’ arrival. A report was made for information purposes.
On September 28th, Deputies were dispatched to Danny Holman Road after receiving a report of an unwanted person. Subject had left scene prior to deputies’ arrival and no report was wanted.
On October 1st, Deputies were dispatched to Danny Holman Road after receiving a report of Theft of Property. A report was made and the case is under investigation.
ROCKFORD
On September 25th, Deputies were dispatched to Delta Express after receiving a report of locked keys in car. Doors were unlocked successfully.
COTTAGE GROVE/ HISSOP
On September 27th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 22 after receiving a report of a disabled motorist. Motorist was assisted and the roadway cleared.
EQUALITY
On September 26th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving a report of a disabled motorist. Motorist was assisted and the roadway cleared.
On October 1st, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The situation resulted into a medical call. A report was made and subject was transported by Lifesaver to Baptist South.

On September 27th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 22 after receiving a report of a vehicle accident. No report was needed; debris was cleared from the roadway, and scene was turned over to ALEA.
