On September 20th, Investigator Ward arrested Ricky Dwayne Stewart of Alexander City, AL for Failure to Appear in Court x2. He was booked into the Coosa County Jail with a $2000 Bond.
On September 21st, Deputy Scott arrested Deborah Monroe of Dadeville, AL for Failure to Appear in Court. She was booked into the Coosa County Jail with a $1000 Bond.
On September 21st, Deputy Middlebrooks arrested Benjamine Maxwell of Kellyton, AL for Domestic Violence/Harassment 3rd. He was booked into the Coosa County Jail with a $2500 Bond.

STEWARTVILLE
On September 18th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 39 after receiving reports of Identity Theft. A report was taken and the case is currently under investigation.
On September 20th, Deputies were dispatched to Ed’s Lane after receiving reports of a missing weapon. A report was taken and the case is currently under investigation.
WEOGUFKA
On September 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 56 after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and no report was needed.
HANOVER
On September 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 49 after receiving reports of Theft of Property. A report was taken and the case is currently under investigation.
MT OLIVE
On September 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to Oakcrest Drive after receiving reports of a domestic dispute. One involved party had left the scene. A report was taken for informational purposes only.
KEYNO
On September 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 40 after receiving reports of Theft of Property. After investigation, Deputies and caller determined no report was needed.
GOODWATER
On September 20th, Deputies were dispatched to Al Highway 9 after receiving reports of a stolen ATV. A report was taken and the ATV was recovered in a neighboring County 2 days later.
KELLYTON
On September 19th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 50 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. A report was taken and the vehicle was towed.
On September 19th, Deputies and Coosa EMS were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving a report of a vehicle accident. The injured motorist was transported to a nearby hospital and the scene was turned over to ALEA.
On September 20th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of a civil dispute. One involved party had left the scene; no report needed.
On September 24th, Deputies were dispatched to Al Highway 115 after receiving reports of multiple cars drag racing. One involved party had left the scene; no report needed.
On September 24th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 97 after receiving a report of a vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to ALEA.
ROCKFORD
On September 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 120 after receiving reports of a missing juvenile. After speaking with parties involved, no report was needed.
On September 23rd, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 47 after receiving reports of a residential burglar alarm. The alarm was determined to be false.
On September 24th, Deputies, Rockford Volunteer Fire Department, and Coosa EMS were dispatched to Us Highway 231 after receiving a report of a vehicle accident involving a horse trailer. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to ALEA.
COTTAGE GROVE/ HISSOP
On September 24th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 93 after receiving reports of a domestic dispute. A report was taken.
EQUALITY
On September 18th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving reports of Burglary. A report was taken and the case is currently under investigation.
On September 21st, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 73 after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and no report was needed.
RAY
On September 19th, Deputies and Kellyton EMS were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving a report of a vehicle accident. One motorist was taken to Russell Medical Center prior to the Medic’s arrival. The scene was turned over to ALEA.
On September 19th, Deputies were dispatched to Long Tree Drive after receiving reports of Animal Abuse. A report was taken and the case is currently under investigation.
On September 21st, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 259 after receiving reports of Theft of Property. No report was taken.
On September 21st, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 127 after receiving reports of a domestic dispute. A report was taken and the subject was arrested and transported to the Coosa County Jail.
On September 22nd, Deputies, Coosa EMS, Kellyton EMS and Ray Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving a report of a vehicle accident which resulted in 1 fatality. Coosa County Coroner Jack Brewer was notified. One other person was transported to Russell Medical Center. The scene was turned over to ALEA.
LAKE MARTIN
On September 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to Carnation Drive after receiving reports of a residential burglar alarm. The alarm was determined to be false.
LAKE MITCHELL
On September 23rd, Deputies were dispatched to Cove Road after receiving reports of a suspicious person with a gun. Negative contact was made.
