ARRESTS
On September 17th Deputy Richardson arrested Antonio Lamar Marbury from Lineville, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On September 19th Chief Davidson arrested Stacy Lynn Harris from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Obstructing Governmental Operations. She was processed and released on a $2,500 bond to await trial.
On September 19th Deputy Rudd arrested Carey Jason Hand from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Non-Support of a Child. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 1,000 bond.
On September 19th Deputy Rudd arrested Billy James Skelton from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 3rd and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was processed and released on a $ 10,000 bond to await trial.
On September 21st Deputy Richardson arrested Mykaylin Danielle Piotrowski from Stewartville, AL. on warrants for Probation Violation and Resisting Arrest. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On September 21st Deputy Jones arrested Ira Aundra Hicks from Alexander City, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked x 2. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2,000 bond to await trial.
On September 22nd Deputy Jones arrested LaCori Nytavious McCoy from Sylacauga, AL. on warrant for Failure to Appear/Speeding. He was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.
On September 23rd Deputy Richardson arrested Odis Todd Plier from Weogufka, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st and Possession of a Concealed Weapon without a Permit. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
STEWARTVILLE
On September 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the alarm and determined that the alarm was false.
On September 18th Thomas Eugene Gamble a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 41 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On September 18th Harry James Embry Jr. a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 74 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On September 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 183 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined that everything was ok.
On September 20th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On September 20th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On September 21st a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On September 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report for Domestic Violence 3rd was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On September 21st a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On September 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Bice Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
On September 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the Complainant and explained the civil process.
WEOGUFKA
On September 18th Robert Clay Schrader a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 56 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On September 20th Deputy Davenport attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the Monthly Crime Report for the area.
On September 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
HANOVER
On September 17th the Sheriff and Deputy Rudd attended the First Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting in Hanover. They welcomed everyone and presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On September 20th Stewartville First Responders were dispatched to CR 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.
MOUNT OLIVE
On September 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On September 18th Willie Earl Gamble a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Gamble Drive reported to the Sheriff’s Office where he updated his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On September 19th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 66 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
On September 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Gamble Drive after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On September 18th Jimmy Ray Emfinger a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Hwy 9 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On September 18th Olen Cleophus Kelly a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Old Dam Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On September 18th Corey Levell Eppes a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Gaddis Lane reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On September 18th Rossimirro Franciscus Harrell a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Marbury Lane reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On September 17th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Gin House Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On September 18th a Deputy was dispatched to a Hwy 280 business after receiving a report of a Gas Drive Off. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On September 18th James C. Rollins a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 71 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On September 18th Danny Jerome Hanson a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 28 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On September 21st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 48 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On September 19th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
ROCKFORD
On September 18th Rockford and Ray First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
ON September 18th Louie Will Bass a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Murphy Sawyer Drive reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On September 19th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The subject that was causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP
On September 18th Asberry NMN Scott a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 93 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
EQUALITY
On September 18th Equality Fire Department was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a structure fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.
On September 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 98 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.
On September 21st Dwain Anthony Lewis a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 98 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On September 22nd Equality and Rockford Fire Departments and the Alabama Forestry Commission were dispatched to CR 4 after receiving a report of a woods fire. The fire was contained without incident.

On September 17th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On September 20th Haynes Ambulance was dispatched to Beaver Cove after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
