ARRESTS
On October 30th Deputy Richardson arrested Jeffery Boyd Acklin II from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Burglary 2nd and Theft of Property 4th. He was processed and released on a $ 7,500 bond to await trial.
On October 30th Lt. Keel arrested Stacy Bernard McKinney from Goodwater, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Theft of Property 4th. He was processed and released on a $ 25o bond to await trial.
On October 30th Deputy Richardson arrested Jim H. Girdner from Equality, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 5,000 bond to await trial.
On October 30th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Tracy Juanita Abbett from Alexander City, AL. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. She was processed and released on a $ 4,000 bond to await trial.
On October 30th Deputy Jones arrested Johnny Thomas Johnson from Goodwater, AL. on the charge of Public Intoxication. He was processed and released on a $ 500 bond to await trial.
On October 30th Deputy Richardson arrested Mactarvilious Contoyisus Marbury from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On October 30th Deputy Richardson arrested Reginald Bernard Russell from Alexander City, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Failure to Display Driver’s License and Improper Tag. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
On November 1st Deputy Davenport arrested Paul Edward Bolan Jr. from Stewartville, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On November 2nd Deputy Jones arrested George Samuel Warren III from Kellyton, AL. on warrants for Probation Violations. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On November 2nd Deputy Richardson arrested Marshall Lacraig Kelly from Goodwater, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Failure to Signal and Failure to Display Insurance. He was processed and released on a $500 bond to await trial.
On November 2nd Deputy Richardson arrested Ashton Leigh Vick from Sylacauga , AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. She was processed and released on a $500 bond to await trial.
On November 3rd Deputy Richardson arrested Tammy Sheree Baker from Dadeville, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Assault 1st. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 25,000 bond to await trial.
On November 3rd Deputy Jones arrested Kimberly Denise Griebel from Erie, PA. On a warrant for Failure to Appear / Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,500 bond to await trial.
On November 3rd Deputy Richardson arrested Joseph Patrick Tomlin from Ashland, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released on a $ 5,500 bond to await trial.
On November 3rd Deputy Richardson arrested Gregory Earl Thomas from Equality, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Criminal Trespass 2nd. He was processed and released on a $ 500 bond to await trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
STEWARTVILLE
On October 31st a Deputy was dispatched to Antique Valley Drive after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate anyone.
On November 1st Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Wilson Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On November 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Live Oaks Lane after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
On November 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
On November 1st Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On November 2nd Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Ferguson Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On November 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Shiloh Park after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and the warrant process was explained.
On November 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and it appeared to be disabled.
On November 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Shiloh Park after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.
On November 3rd Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Gilliland Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On November 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was false.
WEOGUFKA
On October 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Lovette Lane after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The person causing the problems had left the area prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
On October 31st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
On November 4th Weogufka First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 56 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident that had overturned. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On November 4th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 56 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and the person was not located.
HANOVER
On October 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.
On October 31st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined that everything was ok.
On November 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 near CR 59 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and they were transported to their residence.
On November 2nd a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On November 4th Hanover and Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident involving a deer. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
MOUNT OLIVE
On October 31st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 116 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
GOODWATER
On October 29th Cedric Lamar Debardelabon a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 66 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On October 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 141 after receiving a report of an unwanted person at a residence. The Deputy located the person and an arrest was made for Public Intoxication.
KELLYTON
On October 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
On October 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and the warrant process was explained.
On October 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On October 31st Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 87 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On October 31st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Trailer Park Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On November 1st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 61 after receiving a report of a Missing Person. After sending out all of the missing person alerts and a short investigation, the person was located in an adjoining county and was transported to a local Hospital to be evaluated.
On November 4th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
RICHVILLE
On October 29th Haynes Ambulance was dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On October 29th Richville and Rockford First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On November 1st Deputy Davenport attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
ROCKFORD
On November 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was false.
On November 4th Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP
On October 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
On October 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 93 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.
On November 1st Ray First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to CR 93 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
EQUALITY
On October 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 98 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On October 29th Equality First Responders and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On October 31st a Deputy was dispatched to Webb Road after receiving a report of an unwanted person at a residence. The subject causing the problems was transported to another residence and warned about going back to the property.
On October 31st Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 259 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Jackson Hospital in Montgomery.
On November 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
RAY
On October 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 63 after receiving a request from a State Probation Officer for assistance. A report was completed and two persons were arrested on several charges.
On October 31st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy spoke to the resident and determined that everything was ok.
On November 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the incident was resolved after one of the subjects left the residence.
On November 1st Ray First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 259 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On November 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and located the vehicle and he determined that everything was ok.

On October 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Honey Suckle Lane after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA
On October 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On November 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
