JAIL POPULATION AS OF NOV. 18 (25 MALES & 11 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 36 INMATES
ARRESTS
On November 12th Deputy Richardson arrested Sean Michael Eubanks from Equality, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Theft of Property 1st and Criminal Trespass 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on an $ 8,000 bond to await trial.
On November 13th Deputy Richardson arrested Kelvin Dewayne Smith from Alexander City , AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Theft of Property 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 25,000 bond to await trial.
On November 13th Deputy Richardson arrested April Lynn Hamilton-Hill from Alpine, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of Marijuana 2nd. She was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.
On November 14th Deputy Rudd arrested Jalen Jacinto Whetstone from Talladega, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Speeding and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released after the fines were paid.
On November 15th Lt. Keel arrested Justin Lee Curtis from Ashland, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 7,000 bond to await trial.
On November 17th Deputy Richardson arrested Michael Thomas Sawyer from Childersburg, AL. on a warrant for Theft of Property 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 10,000 bond to await trial.
On November 17th Deputy Richardson arrested Stacy Lynn Harris from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Theft of Property 1st. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 10,000 bond to await trial.
On November 18th Deputy Jones arrested Walter NMN Rolston from Kellyton, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
MARBLE VALLEY
On November 16th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
STEWARTVILLE
On November 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On November 16th Stewartville First Responders and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 39 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On November 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 74 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy spoke to the subject and he determined that the person was wanted by another agency. The Deputy transported the subject to the County Jail to be picked up by the other Agency.
WEOGUFKA
On November 12th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 183 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.
On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On November 14th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 56 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On November 15th Deputy Davenport attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
HANOVER
On November 17th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and located the vehicle. The Deputy determined that everything was ok.
On November 18th Hanover First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.
On November 16th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. Two people were transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
GOODWATER
On November 18th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 81 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
KELLYTON
On November 12th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to McClellan Industrial Park after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On November 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On November 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.
On November 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 71 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.
On November 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
RICHVILLE
On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 near CR 14 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On November 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 19 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
ROCKFORD
On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
On November 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Shelly Riggins Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that everything was ok.
On November 15th Hanover First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched o CR 40 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On November 16th Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Piney wood Circle after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On November 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 93 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without issue.
On November 18th Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 93 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
EQUALITY
On November 13th Equality First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 98 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On November 17th Equality First Responders, Kellyton Medics, and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 9 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
RAY
On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On November 18th a Deputy was dispatched to Knoll Drive after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
LAKE MITCHELL
On November 16th Chilton County Sheriff’s Department requested assistance from the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office and their Rescue Boat to help with locating two missing people after being involved in a helicopter wreck in the Lake Mitchell area. Deputies helped the recovery efforts from 11/16 – 11/18 when the two people were recovered.
On November 17th a Deputy was dispatched to Big Y Cove Loop after receiving a report of a residential Burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
SMYRNA
On November 12th Deputy Jones attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
