ARRESTS
On July 9th Deputy Jones arrested Timothy Lynn Cleveland from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Harassing Communications. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 500 bond to await trial.
On July 9th Deputy Jones arrested Joshua Lindell Hall from Childersburg, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked. He was processed and released on a $1000 bond to await trial.
On July 10th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Clayton Lee Wooten from Rockford, AL. on a warrant for Assault 3rd. He was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
STEWARTVILLE
On July 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Shiloh Drive after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and the issue was resolved without incident.
On July 10th Stewartville First Responders and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.
On July 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On July 12th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 117 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
On July 13th Stewartville First Responders a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On July 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy spoke to the person and determined that they were ok.
On July 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Ferguson Road after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
On July 15th A Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On July 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy spoke to the person and determined that they were ok.
MOUNT OLIVE
On July 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of a church burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the church and determined that the alarm was false.
KELLYTON
On July 9th Kellyton Fire Department was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.
On July 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Long Tree Drive after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On July 9th Kellyton Fire Department was dispatched to Ireland Way after receiving a report of a residential fire alarm. The residence was checked and it was determined that the alarm was false.
On July 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On July 12th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On July 15th Richville First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On July 15th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
On July 15th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 31 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and one person was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault.
On July 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
ROCKFORD
On July 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Nixburg Road after receiving a report of a church burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the church and determined that the alarm was false.
On July 10th Deputy Davenport attended the Union Square Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On July 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
EQUALITY
On July 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
On July 12th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 98 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the subject causing the problems left the residence without incident.
On July 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 307 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
