ARRESTS
On July 20th Deputy Dawson arrested Otis Todd Plier from Weogufka, Al., on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Pistol Without a Permit and Failure to Appear/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was processed and booked into the County Jail on a $6,000 bond to await trial.
On July 21st Deputy Dawson arrested Jimmy Lee Honeycutt from Goodwater, Al., on the charge of Criminal Mischief 3rd. He was processed and booked into the County Jail on a $5,000 bond to await trial.
On July 22nd Investigator Keel arrested Jeffery Allen Cleckler from Clanton, Al., on a warrant for Escape 2nd. He was processed and booked into the County Jail on a $25,000 bond to await trial.
On July 22nd Deputy Ward arrested Jonathan NMN Deemer from Sylacauga, Al., on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was processed and booked into the County Jail on a $15,000 bond to await trial.
On July 23rd Deputy Ward arrested Cameron Robert Byrne from Rockford, Al., on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and booked into the County Jail on a $5,000 bond to await trial.
On July 23rd Deputy Reed arrested James Todd Trussell from Sylacauga, Al., on the charges of Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 3rd. He was processed and booked into the County Jail on a $25,000 bond to await trial.
On July 24th Deputy Dawson arrested Chayne Michael Smoot from Kellyton, Al., on the charge of Nonsupport of a Child. He was processed and booked into the County Jail on a $1,000 bond to await trial.

MARBLE VALLEY
On July 20th a Deputy was dispatched to Kelly Lane after receiving a report of a civil dispute. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.
STEWARTVILLE
On July 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy located the person and determined that he had outstanding warrants. Subject was placed under arrest and transported to the County Jail.
On July 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.
On July 21st Billy Louis Ford a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 150 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On July 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On July 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to Sunny Side Circle after receiving a report of an unwanted person. A report was completed and the person was advised to leave and not return to property.
On July 24th a Deputy was dispatched to Hardy Lane after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and the warrant process explained.
On July 25th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 39 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On July 21st Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Oak Shadows Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On July 21st Angela Sue Sexton a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 29 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update her quarterly Sex Offender information.
On July 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 56 after receiving a report for Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.
On July 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene turned over to the Coroner.

On July 20th a Deputy was dispatched to Ben Pruitt Drive after receiving a report for Identity Theft. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On July 21st Hanover First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

KELLYTON
On July 21st Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
On July 21st Thomas Louis Kelley a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 85 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On July 22nd Gabriel Todd Shannon a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 65 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On July 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 459 after receiving a report for Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On July 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 47 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and one was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault and was transported to the County Jail.

On July 23rd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 93 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
