ARRESTS
On July 2nd Corporal Moon arrested Tequiere Yvonne Hoyette from Tuscaloosa, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/No Driver’s License. She was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.
On July 2nd Deputy Rudd arrested Chasten Nicholas Camp from Winston, GA. On the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Carrying a Concealed Pistol without a Permit. He was processed and released on a $ 4000 bond to await trial.
On July 3rd Captain Hammond arrested Kelly Diane Smith from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Failure to Appear/Theft of Property 3rd and Burglary 3rd. She was also arrested on the charges of Theft of Property 4th, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st and Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 16,000 bond to await trial.
On July 3rd Captain Hammond arrested Odis Todd Plier from Weogufka, AL. on the charges of Carrying a Concealed Pistol without a Permit and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released on a $ 4000 bond to await trial.
On July 3rd Captain Hammond arrested Anthony Ray Meeks from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant for Theft of Property 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 5000 bond to await trial.
On July 3rd Captain Hammond arrested Wesley Davis Arnold from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.
On July 3rd Deputy Rudd arrested Roderick Derell Kelley from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/ Theft of Property 4th. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On July 5th Deputy Davenport arrested Donald Chase Ray from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Domestic Violence 2nd/Strangulation, Domestic Violence 3rd/Criminal Mischief 2nd and Minor in Consumption of Alcohol. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 8500 bond to await trial.
On July 6th Deputy Richardson arrested Anna Marie Patterson from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st, Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance and Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 27,500 bond to await trial.
On July 6th Captain Hammond arrested Billy Craig Davis from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of an Altered Firearm. He was processed and released on a $ 15,000 bond to await trial.

On July 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Whisper Lane after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On July 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Jane Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
STEWARTVILLE
On July 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 117 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On July 3rd Stewartville First Responders were dispatched to CR 74 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.
On July 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 39 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.
On July 5th a Deputy was dispatched to Bridle Trail after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence by Strangulation and one person was arrested.
On July 7th Stewartville First Responders, a Deputy, Sylacauga Ambulance and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one-vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On July 8th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hardy Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
HANOVER
On July 6th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On July 8th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was false.
MOUNT OLIVE
On July 6th a Deputy was dispatched to two addresses on CR 49 after receiving reports of a Theft of Property. Reports were completed and the cases are under investigation.
GOODWATER
On July 2nd Kenneth Ray Swindell a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Queen Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On July 7th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 66 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
KELLYTON
On July 2nd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Ginhouse Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On July 3rd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On July 3rd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 339 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RICHVILLE
On July 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 19 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On July 7th Care Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and one person was transported to St. Vincent’s Hospital in Clanton. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
ROCKFORD
On July 2nd Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one-vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On July 3rd Rockford First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
EQUALITY
On July 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
On July 4th Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 307 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On July 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Carnation Drive after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On July 7th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 62 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
RAY
On July 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
On July 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Reeves Lane after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.
On July 7th Ray First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On July 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 73 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
LAKE MITCHELL
On July 5th Haynes Ambulance was dispatched to Wildwood Court after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
SALEM
On July 5th Deputies, Richville and Weogufka First Responders and ALEA Air Support were dispatched to Brown’s Loop after receiving a report of a missing person. After a complete ground and air search, the search was called off with no evidence of the person found. The investigation of the missing person is still ongoing.
