ARRESTS
On January 28th Deputy Lucas arrested John NMN Sims from Talladega, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On January 29th Investigator Keel arrested Kedric Lashon Hollenquest from Rockford, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Non-Support of a Child. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On January 30th Corporal Rudd arrested Thomas Lindy Hamilton from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/ Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Expired Tag and Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On January 31st Corporal Rudd arrested Michael Ray Barrett from Prattville, AL. on warrants for Failure to Possess a Medical Qualification and Driving on an Impaired Suspension. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On January 31st Corporal Rudd arrested Tiffany Michelle Smith from Kellyton, AL. on warrants for Failure to Pay/Obstructing Governmental Operations and Resisting Arrest. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On February 2, 2020 Deputy Ward arrested Terrence NMN Russell from Kellyton, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/Non-Support of a Child. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $1500 bond to wait trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
STEWARTVILLE
On January 30th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to White Rock Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On January 30th Stewartville First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
On January 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.
On January 30th Stewartville First Responders a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One was transported by private vehicle to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
On January 31st Weogufka First Responders a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
On February 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Antique Valley Drive after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.
On February 1st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On February 1st Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On February 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On February 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 78 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.
WEOGUFKA
On January 29th Weogufka Fire Department and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
On January 3st Weogufka First Responders and a Deputy were dispatched to Roberts Drive after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.
HANOVER
On February 1st Hanover First Responders a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
KEYNO
On January 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 76 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke with both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.
GOODWATER
On January 27th Steve Allen Marbury a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Hwy 511 reported to the Sheriff’s office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On January 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 511 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
KELLYTON
On January 27th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 28 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On January 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report for a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On January 29th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Morning Star Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On January 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined the alarm to be false.
On January 31st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke with both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

On January 27th Rockford First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On January 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy located the subject and determined everything to be ok.
On February 1st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
ROCKFORD
On January 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a Burglary. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On January 31st Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 129 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
EQUALITY
On January 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 67 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.
On January 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 14 after receiving a report of Identity Theft. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On January 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On January 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 259 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On February 2nd Ray First Responders a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 at Cr 71 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
