ARRESTS
On December 18th Deputy Davenport arrested OBrier Edwards Hall from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of a Concealed Weapon without a Permit. He was processed and released on a $ 4000 bond to await trial.
On December 19th Deputy House arrested Jeremiah Robert Edmonson from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Minor in Possession of Alcohol. He was processed and released on a $ 2500 bond to await trial.
On December 20th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Donald Matthew Harris from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Fishing without a License. He was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial
On December 20th Corporal Moon arrested Anthony Eugene Harris from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Non-Support of a Child. He was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.
On December 21st Deputy Lipscomb arrested Justin Samuel Gooden from Centreville, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/ Hunting without Permission. He was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.
On December 21st Corporal Moon arrested Barry Wayne Shurum from Tallassee, AL. on a warrant for Possession of Alcohol on a Wildlife Management Area. He was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.
On December 23rd Deputy House arrested Katrina Yvonne Russell from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Criminal Mischief 2nd. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.

On December 19th David Richard Duke a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 56 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On December 18th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Sunnyside Circle after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On December 19th Harry James Embry Jr. a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 74 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On December 22nd Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On December 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On December 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy gave a warning to the subject causing the problems and they left the residence without incident.

On December 23rd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 127 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On December 18th a Deputy was dispatched to Noble Street after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On December 22nd Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 near CR 93 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. Two people were transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
