On August 28th Corporal Moon arrested Denisha Trenae Hutchins from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Negotiating a Worthless Instrument. She was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.
On August 28th Deputy Rudd arrested Melissa NMN Adair from Dadeville, AL. on a warrant for Custodial Sexual Misconduct. She was processed and released on a $5000 bond to await trial.
On August 29th Deputy House arrested Ryan David Weaver from Verbena, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2500 bond to await trial.
On September 1st Deputy Rudd arrested Damien Anthony Perry from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.
On September 1st Deputy Rudd arrested Timothy Lee Perry from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Carrying a Concealed Weapon without a Permit. He was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.
On September 2nd Chief Davidson arrested William Christopher Butler from Weogufka, AL. on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana 2nd, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd.He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $9000 bond to await trial.
On September 3rd Deputy House arrested Leslie Hosey Wilson from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Assault x 2 and Harassing Communications. She was processed and released on a $1500 bond to await trial.

On September 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
HANOVER
On August 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 49 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
KELLYTON
On August 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
EQUALITY
On August 31st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 9 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
RAY
On September 1st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
LAKE MITCHELL
On August 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Water Spring Court after receiving a report of a Domestic Dispute. A report was completed and one subject was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment.
On August 30th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On August 31st a Deputy was dispatched to Wagner Drive after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On September 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Overlook Trail after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
