ARRESTS
On April 15th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Walter NMN Rolston from Kellyton, Al., on the charge of Criminal Mischief 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $5,000 bond to await trial.
On April 15th Deputy Hammond arrested Zenephia Anquiette Odem from Goodwater, Al., on warrants for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended and Failure to Appear/ Speeding. She was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.
On April 16th Deputy Davenport arrested David Ladale Crayton from Alexander City, Al., on a warrant for Failure to Appear/ Domestic Violence 3rd. He was processed and released on a $1000 bond to await trial.
On April 16th Deputy Hammond arrested Herbert Earle Brown from Rockford, Al., on charges for Assault x2 Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and 2nd Degree Assault. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on an $82,500 bond to await trial.
On April 16th Deputy Jones arrested Blake Lamarcus Chambliss from Sylacauga, Al., on a charge for Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and released on a $2,000 bond to await trial.
On April 17th Deputy Davenport arrested Romie Lamar Judkins from Goodwater, Al., on warrants for Failure to Appear/ Driving While Suspended and Failure to Appear/ Speeding. He was processed and released on a $2,000 bond to await trial.
On April 18th Deputy Cook arrested Mitchell Jakaylon Jeffries from Birmingham, Al., on warrants for Failure to Appear/ Driving While Revoked and Failure to Appear/ Speeding. He was processed and released on a $2,000 bond to await trial.
On April 18th Deputy Rudd arrested Delma Carlton Silmon from Goodwater, Al., on a warrant for Failure to Appear/ Non Support of a Child. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without a bond to await trial.
On April 18th Deputy Rudd arrested Emily Ann Smith from Eclectic, Al., on a warrant for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $5,000 bond to await trial.

MARBLE VALLEY
On April 19th Marble Valley First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 90 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
STEWARTVILLE
On April 16th Billy Louis Ford Sr. a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 150 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On April 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the vehicle.
On April 18th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd and the warrant process was explained.
On April 18th a Deputy was dispatched to Hardy Lane after receiving a report of Identity Theft. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On April 20th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Antique Valley Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On April 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 39 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.
On April 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
WEOGUFKA
On April 18th Deputy Rudd attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On April 16th Brandon Alan Krueger a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Payne Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On April 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.
On April 21st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On April 18th a Deputy was dispatched to Gamble Drive after receiving a report of Identity Theft. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.

On April 16th Jimmy Reed Nickolson III a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 28 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On April 19th a Deputy was dispatched to Gates Road after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On April 16th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Firehouse Road after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On April 16th Thomas Lewis Kelley a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 85 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On April 16th Charles Rufus Gardner a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Trailer Park Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On April 16th Kenneth Roger Peppers a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Firehouse Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On April 17th Kellyton Medics and a Deputy were dispatched to Pine Tree Road after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed for Assault 3rd and one person was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 17th Kellyton Fire Department was dispatched to Morning Starr Lane after receiving a report of a structure fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.
On April 17th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On April 19th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 126 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On April 21st Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 65 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
RICHVILLE
On April 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a subject walking in the roadway. The subject was located and was arrested on several charges and transported to the County Jail.
On April 19th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in and reported a Theft of Property. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under further investigation.
On April 20th Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
ROCKFORD
On April 15th Rockford, Hanover and Stewartville First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. Two people were transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On April 15th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
On April 15th Rockford First Responders and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the County Coroner.
On April 16th Adam Kyle Ivey a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Hill Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On April 17th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 near 22 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
On April 19th a Deputy was dispatched to School Street after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
On April 20th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On April 21st Rockford First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Spring Street after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
SPEED
On April 17th Rockford and Richville First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
COTTAGE GROVE
On April 16th William Lewis Leonard a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 101 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On April 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Sunny Pine Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.
