ARRESTS
On April 18th Deputy Fenn arrested Michael O’Neal Knight from Eclectic, AL. on the charge of Driving under the Influence. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
On April 18th Deputy Fenn arrested Robert Kendal Jackson from Alexander City, AL. on the charge of Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
MARBLE VALLEY
On April 17th Marble Valley Fire Department was dispatched to CR 99 after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.
STEWARTVILLE
On April 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Harvest Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.
On April 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Shiloh Trailer Park after receiving a report of a Civil Dispute. The Deputy spoke with the complainant and the warrant process was explained.
On April 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 117 after receiving a report of a Domestic Dispute. The Deputy spoke with both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.
On April 19th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a Civil Dispute. The Deputy spoke with the complainant and the civil process explained.
WEOGUFKA
On April 13th Weogufka First Responders and Care Ambulance were dispatched to CR 55 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was airlifted to UAB.
MT. OLIVE
On April 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the vehicle.
HANOVER
On April 15th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.
On April 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
GOODWATER
On April 19th a Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 9 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was requested to Russell Medical Center.
KELLYTON
On April 13th a Kellyton Medics and Deputies were dispatched to Yates Trail after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.
On April 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.
RAY
On April 15th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 63 after receiving a report for Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.
On April 19th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy22 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed, no injuries were reported.
On April 19th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA
On April 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
SMYRNA
On April 18th Goodwater Medics were dispatched to CR 81 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
SPEED
On April 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 10 after receiving a report of a Civil Dispute. The Deputy spoke with both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.
LAKE MITCHELL
On April 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 121 after receiving a report of a Civil Dispute. The Deputy spoke with the complainant and the issue was resolved without incident.
