JAIL POPULATION AS OF APRIL 28 (36 MALES & 6 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 42 INMATES
ARRESTS
On April 22nd Deputy Davenport arrested Jerry Lane Oliver from Sylacauga, Al., on a warrant for a Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On April 22nd Deputy Cook arrested Sadana Daphine Darwin from Jasper, Al., on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On April 23rd Deputy Keel arrested Chase Malik Foster from Sylacauga, Al., on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On April 23rd Deputy Rudd arrested Billy Wayne Cryer from Klin, Ms., for Failure to Appear/Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $1,000 bond to await trial.
On April 24th Deputy Cook arrested Julius Kenyatta Lawrence from Birmingham, Al., on the charges of Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd/Attempting to Elude/Ex-Felon in Possession of a Firearm/Reckless Endangerment. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $20,000 bond to await trial.
On April 24th Captain Hammond arrested Steven Andrew Mikovits from Sylacauga, Al., on a warrant for a Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $5,000 bond to await trial.
On April 24th Deputy Davenport arrested Israel Thomas Fields from Sylacauga, Al., on the charge of Public Intoxication. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $500 bond to await trial.
On April 24th Deputy Davenport arrested Kiera Lashay Gaddis from Childersburg, Al., for Failure to Appear/Speeding and No Visible Tag. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2,000 bond to await trial.
On April 25th Deputy Davenport arrested Dave Franklin Kelley from Alexander City, Al., on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On April26th Deputy Keel arrested Christopher Cornell Keith from Childersburg, Al., for Failure to Appear/Expired Tag. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $1,000 bond to await trial.
On April 26th Deputy Rudd arrested Eric Thomas Burton from Childersburg, Al., for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked/Expired Tag and Operating Vehicle without proof of Insurance. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2,000 bond to await trial.

STEWARTVILLE
On April 22nd Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Lovette Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On April 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. Deputy located person and determined everything to be ok.
On April 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report for a Theft of Property. Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.
On April 26th a Deputy, Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 39 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On April 26th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 74 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
WEOGUFKA
On April 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.
HANOVER
On April 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. Deputy located the vehicle and it appeared to be disabled.
On April 24th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of Harassment. Deputy spoke with the complainant and explained the warrant process.
On April 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
MOUNT OLIVE
On April 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 38 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. Deputy patrolled the area and could locate the person.
On April 22nd Goodwater Ambulance was dispatched to CR 123after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On April 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 511 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. Deputy located person and transported them to the County Line.
KEYNO
On April 25th Kellyton Medics, Ray First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 71 near CR 42 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
KELLYTON
On April 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 81 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. Deputy did not locate the vehicle.
On April 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.
On April 24th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On April 24th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 119 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On April 27th Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 120 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
ROCKFORD
On April 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. Subject left prior to Deputies arrival.
On April 26th Kellyton Medics, Rockford First Responders and a Deputy were dispatched to Washington Street after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.
COTTAGE GROVE
On April 27th Ray and Rockford Fire Departments were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a residential fire alarm. The residence was checked and the alarm was determined to be false.
EQUALITY
On April 25th Deputy Davenport attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
RAY
On April 22nd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 259 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was assisted without incident.
