ARRESTS
On December 17th Deputy Richardson arrested Kelli Michele Dunn from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Obstructing Governmental Operations. She was processed and released on a $ 500 bond to await trial.
On December 17th Deputy Richardson arrested Justin Edmund Feltis from Childersburg, AL. on the charge of Obstructing Governmental Operations and Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 500 bond on the Obstructing charge and no bond on the probation violation.
On December 19th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Alisha Dawn Magyar from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Bond Revocation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On December 19th Deputy Jones arrested Jessie Lewis Leonard Jr. from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked. He was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.
On December 20th Deputy Jones arrested Amon Lee Miley from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was processed and released on a $ 6,000 bond to await trial.
On December 21st Deputy Richardson arrested Ryan Blake Taylor Sylacauga, AL. on a 5-Day Drug Court Sanction. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to serve the 5-day sanction.
On December 21st Deputy Davenport arrested Robert Justin McDonald from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/ Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Driving With Expired Tag x 2, Failure to Display Drivers License and Failure to Display Insurance. He was processed and released on a $ 5,000 bond to await trial.
On December 23rd Deputy Rudd arrested Jalen Marquis Whetstone from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Failure to Display Insurance. He was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.
On December 23rd Deputy Rudd arrested Temecula Onelia Wilson from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked. She was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
MARBLE VALLEY
On December 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to Marble Valley Road after receiving a report of a Burglary. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
STEWARTVILLE
On December 18th a Deputy was dispatched to Shiloh Park after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On December 18th Harry James Embry Jr. a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 74 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On December 19th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy spoke to the person and determined that everything was ok.
On December 19th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On December 20th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On December 20th Stewartville First Responders were dispatched to Gilliland Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.
On December 20th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On December 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was false.
On December 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
WEOGUFKA
On December 18th Robert Clay Schrader a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 56 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On December 19th a Deputy was dispatched to Baxley Farm Road after receiving a report of a residential panic alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
On December 21st a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 56 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On December 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
HANOVER
On December 18th Deputy Rudd attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On December 18th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
On December 19th Hanover First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 59 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On December 21st Hanover Fire and surrounding Departments were dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of a structure fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.
MOUNT OLIVE
On December 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 123 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
On December 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 123 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
KEYNO
On December 18th Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 42 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On December 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 40 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
GOODWATER
On December 18th Jimmy Ray Emfinger a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Hwy 9 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On December 18th Olen Cleophus Kelly a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Old Dam Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On December 18th Danny Jerome Hanson a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 28 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On December 21st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious person in the roadway. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.
On December 21st Willie Earl Gamble a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Gamble Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On December 22nd Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 28 after receiving a report of a two-vehicle accident. Two people were transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On December 17th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On December 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of an abandoned vehicle in the roadway. The Deputy located the vehicle and a local towing service was notified to remove the vehicle.
On December 18th James C. Rollins a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 71 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On December 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On December 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On December 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy spoke to the subject and the issue was resolved when they left the residence.

On December 18th Joseph Corey Wilbanks a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 19 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On December 18th William Daniel Bush a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 3 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On December 20th Thomas Lawson Lamberth a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 29 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On December 19th Rockford First Responders and Care Ambulance were dispatched to CR 152 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Chilton County Hospital.
On December 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy located the person and warned them not to come back on the property.

On December 18th Freddie NMN Burton a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 71 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On December 17th Ray First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 near CR 91 after receiving a report of a two-vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On December 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 322 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.
