ARRESTS
On December 3rd Deputy Jones arrested Gregory NMN Pettaway from Selma, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.
On December 3rd Deputy Jones arrested Darius Ramone Johnson from Montgomery, AL. on the charges of Attempting to Elude, Giving False Information to Law Enforcement, Possession of Marijuana 1st, Receiving Stolen Property 2nd, Receiving Stolen Property 3rd and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 30,000 bond to await trial.
On December 3rd Deputy Jones arrested Deonta Lavoris Martin from Montgomery, AL. on the charges of Attempting to Elude, Giving False Information to Law Enforcement, Possession of Marijuana 1st, Receiving Stolen Property 2nd, Receiving Stolen Property 3rd and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 30,000 bond to await trial.
On December 3rd Deputy Jones arrested Christopher De’Shuane Powell from Montgomery, AL. on the charges of Attempting to Elude, Giving False Information to Law Enforcement, Possession of Marijuana 1st , Receiving Stolen Property 2nd, Receiving Stolen Property 3rd and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 30,000 bond to await trial.
On December 3rd Deputy Rudd arrested Jessica Renee Davis from Weogufka, AL. on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 10,000 bond to await trial.
On December 4th Deputy Rudd arrested Alisha Dawn Magyar from Rockford, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Non-Support of a Child. She was processed and released after payment was made to the Department of Human Resources.
On December 4th Deputy Rudd arrested Amber Kate Dunkin Robinson from Prattville, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On December 4th Capt. Hammond arrested Christopher William Goff from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Breaking and Entering of a Vehicle x 2 , Theft of Property 2nd x 2 , also a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 20,000 bond and a No Bond on the Probation.
On December 5th Deputy Jones arrested Morgan Makaely Holley from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Failure to Display Insurance, Driving While Suspended and Speeding. He was processed and released on a $3,000 bond to await trial.
On December 6th Deputy Richardson arrested Candice Ashley Bradley from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Fishing Without a License. She was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.
On December 7th Deputy Rudd arrested Lorenzo Calvin Crawford from Kellyton, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Fishing without a License. He was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.
On December 7th Deputy Davenport arrested Amy Lynn Ward from Verbena, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On December 8th Deputy Rudd arrested Killian McMackin Hay from Stewartville, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On December 9th Deputy Davenport arrested Marvin NMN Wright from Alexander City, AL. on the charge of Assault 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 50,000 bond to await trial.
On December 9th Deputy Davenport arrested Christopher Corey Slagle from Alexander City, AL. on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $6,000
CALLS FOR SERVICE
MARBLE VALLEY
On December 9th a Deputy along with the Department of Game and Fish were dispatched to Red Robin Road after receiving a report of an overdue hunter. After a brief search the subject was located.
STEWARTVILLE
On December 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 70 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
On December 5th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Rustling Pines Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On December 5th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 N after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the subject.
On December 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Live Oak Lane after receiving a call regarding a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke with both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.
On December 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Bice Road after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
WEOGUFKA
On December 5th Weogufka Fire was dispatched to CR 107 after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.
HANOVER
On December 4th a Deputy and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 75 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On December 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
On December 7th Hanover First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a three vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On December 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
On December 8th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
GOODWATER
On December 5th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.
KELLYTON
On December 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Lashley Dr after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the premises prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
On December 3rd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On December 4th Kellyton Fire was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.
On December 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.
On December 6th Kellyton Fire was dispatched to Hwy 9 at CR 130 after receiving a report of a vehicle fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.
On December 8th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 85 near CR50 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
RICHVILLE
On December 6th Sheriff Wilson attended the Richville Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting, where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On December 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 at CR29 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was alright.
ROCKFORD
On December 4th Sheriff Wilson attended the Union Square Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting, where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On December 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Spring St after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
On December 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. Deputy completed the report and the case is under an investigation.
SPEED
On December 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.
EQUALITY
On December 3rd Equality First Responders, Haynes Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to Honeysuckle Lane after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the coroner.
On December 6th Haynes Ambulance was dispatched to Hwy 9 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to a local hospital.
RAY
On December 5th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant service was explained.
On December 5th Equality Fire and Kellyton Fire were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a structure fire. Fire was extinguished without incident.
On December 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 91 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and one subject was arrested for Assault First.
LAKE MARTIN
On December 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Pine Needle Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA
On December 3rd Weogufka First Responders and Care Ambulance were dispatched to River Run Road after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Chilton County Hospital.
