ARRESTS
On November 20th Chief Davidson arrested Loretta Britton Tharp from Dadeville, AL. on a warrant for Criminal Trespass 3rd. She was processed and released on a $ 500 bond to await trial.
On November 22nd Lt. Keel arrested James Matthew Mitchell from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/Arson 3rd. He was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.
On November 22nd Lt. Burke arrested Christina Davis Sayers from Stewartville, AL. on the charges of Shooting Into an Unoccupied Building and Attempted Murder. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 50,000 bond to await trial.

STEWARTVILLE
On November 21st Bobby Aaron Saffold a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 70 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On November 21st Freddie Richard Johns Jr. a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 41 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On November 22nd Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and Deputies were dispatched to Live Oaks Lane after receiving a report of a gunshot victim. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center. A report was completed and one subject was arrested for Shooting into an Unoccupied Building and Attempted Murder.
WEOGUFKA
On November 21st Angela Sue Sexton a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 29 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update her quarterly Sex Offender information.
On November 23rd Weogufka and Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 29 near CR 183 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
MOUNT OLIVE
On November 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to CeAnn Drive after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On November 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of Cruelty to Animals. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
KEYNO
On November 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 40 after receiving a request for funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
GOODWATER
On November 21st Henry Lee Kelly a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Holmes Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
KELLYTON
On November 20th a Deputy and the Coroner were dispatched to CR 77 after receiving a report of a deceased person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.
On November 21st Charles Norman Ringo a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 97 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On November 21st Johnathon Wayne Vines a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Hwy 280 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On November 21st Raymond Adam Chillura a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Long Tree Drive reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On November 26th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 77 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On November 21st Peter Wayne Wyrosdick a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 25 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On November 26th Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
