ARRESTS
On April 12th Lt. Hammond arrested Allison Lori Dennis from Goodwater, AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 2nd and Theft of Property 3rd. Also she had a bond revocation on her original charges of Theft of Property 2nd and Identity Theft. She was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial on a $15,000 bond on the Theft 2nd and Theft 3rd charges and NO BOND on the Theft 2nd and Identity Theft charges.
On April 13th Lt. Keel arrested LaMichael Jacobe Corbin from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended. He was processed and released after fines were paid.
On April 13th Deputy Jones arrested Matthew Allen Green from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On April 13th Deputy Jones arrested Latarious Marques Harrell from Anniston, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Possession of Marijuana 1stand Giving False information to Law Enforcement. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On April 13th Lt. Burke arrested Cameron Robert Byrne from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Attempting to Elude. He was processed and released on a $2500 bond to await trial.
On April 14th Lt. Hammond arrested Jason Scott Bearden from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Trespassing and Harassment. He was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.
On April 14th Lt. Keel arrested David Layton Nickolson from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Possession on a Controlled Substance, Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd and Distribution of a Controlled Substance. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $30,000 bond to await trial.
On April 14th Lt. Hammond arrested Alisha Dawn Magyar from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance and a warrant for Failure to Appear/Domestic Violence 3rd/ Assault. She was processed and released on a $ 25,000 bond to await trial.
On April 14th Lt. Hammond arrested Brian Keith Smith from Rockford, Al. on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance and a warrant for Failure to Pay/ Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $10,000 bond on the Possession of a Controlled Substance and a $500 payout on the FTP charge .
On April 14th Deputy House arrested Joshua Talmadge Spence from Rockford, AL. on the charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st, Reckless Endangerment and Minor in Possession of Alcohol. He was processed and released on a $5500 bond to await trial.

MARBLE VALLEY
On April 11th A Deputy was dispatched to CR 5 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
STEWARTVILLE
On April 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Ham Road after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault and the warrant process was explained.
On April 10th Stewartville and Kellyton First Responders and a Deputy were dispatched to Hardy Lane after receiving a report of a missing elderly person. After a brief search the person was located without incident.
On April 11th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On April 12th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 150 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On April 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.
On April 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Antique Valley Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
On April 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Antique Valley Drive after receiving a report of an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
WEOGUFKA
On April 10th Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Quail Trail after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On April 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Ferguson Road after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On April 11th Weogufka First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was airlifted by Life-Saver to UAB Hospital in Birmingham.
MOUNT OLIVE
On April 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 123 after receiving a report of Menacing. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
KEYNO
On April 11th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
GOODWATER
On April 13th Stacy Bernard McKinney a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 52 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
KELLYTON
On April 10th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On April 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
On April 13th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On April 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 65 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
RICHVILLE
On April 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of two separate Thefts of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
On April 13th Richville First Responders, Haynes Ambulance and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On April 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Sardis Road after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
ROCKFORD
On April 11th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
EQUALITY
On April 15th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 14 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.
RAY
On April 11th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Cleveland Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA
On April 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Cedar Circle after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
LAKE MITCHELL
On April 14th Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 110 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to a local Hospital.
SMYRNA
On April 10th Deputy House attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On April 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
